At Comspec IT Solutions we can offer a fully Managed Service of all your IT equipment leaving you to concentrate on your business while we look after your systems. We realise that no two business are the same and that's why we tailor our solutions and service to meet your demands
There are various levels of support which are categorised under the Managed Service banner. These are: Fully Managed Service
This is Comspec IT Solutions premium service which monitors your systems 24 hours 7 days a week. Managed Service
If you require Comspec to maintain your systems on a monthly basis then this plan is for you. Pay as you go
For a monthly fee we offer from 5 to 15 hours service to support your systems depending on which plan you choose. Which plan is for you?
- A Fully Managed Service will 'best fit' those that require their mission critical systems to be monitored constantly (proactive model)
- The Managed Service solutions is undertaken by remote assistance (where possible) which allows us to optimise your systems each month.
- Pay as you go offers fixed hours of service for that 'on demand' reactive approach. You purchase either 5, 10 or 15 hours up front each month allowing at least 2 hours for an on-site visit.
