  • The value of on-demand IT support

    Many businesses nowadays have a certain level of IT knowledge within their team already. They might not want to commit to a contract, or need full-time monitoring and maintenance of their systems, when they already have this capacity in house.

    Remote assistance is charged in 15 minute intervals at our special remote rate, whilst our site visits are charged by the hour at our normal, standard rate, plus a mileage charge for the journey (but if you’re local, in the Bolton area, this doesn’t apply!)
